Kerry & Casey had their Lesner Inn Wedding on October 24th, 2009 in Virginia Beach. The Lesner Inn sits at the East side of the Lesner Bridge at the intersection of the Lynnhaven River and Chesapeake Bay. It’s just a gorgeous venue. I was really pleased to be doing the wedding photography for Kerry & Casey. Just a down to earth, great couple.
The wedding ceremony was scheduled right at sunset and they wanted beach pictures. So, to make that happen, I suggested we meet a couple hours before the ceremony down at the narrows in First Landing State Park since it was EXTREMELY windy with a threat of that kind of rain that falls sideways. I was able to photograph all the bride and groom shots, wedding party shots, and goofy shots well before the ceremony, and got to orchestrate a reality show flavored first look with Kerry and Casey. (that was fun!)
Awesome wedding with a REALLY FUN group of family and friends from New York made this a real barn burner.
